Gin flight
Went for a gin flight. Good value for money, tried 3 different gins & mixers. Waiter was very knowledgable & gave us lots of info about the different dins & mixers. Not tried much gin in past but enjoyed this.could have done with a bigger portion of olives tho!! Unfortunately the pub was quite cold, but it's a great venue with so many different gins.

Gin Flight
We received the gin flights as a gift. The gins served were really interesting and beautifully presented. The gins were paired with different mixers and the server Ross took time to explain the flavours within the gins. The gin menu was extensive and we are looking foward to visiting again soon

Gin bar in Glasgow West End
Part of Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor, beGin opened on Byres Road towards the end of 2017. Staffed by hip mixologists, it is an on trend mix of exposed copper piping, filament bulbs and lots of gin. In fact, the bar stocks some 100 varieties of gin from all over the world and they are available as both classic and new cocktails or as a Perfect Serve – a double measure served with one of twelve mixers and 28 garnishes. Of course, craft beers and cocktails are also available.
Global bar food menu
The food menus at beGin are very flexible. Split into small bites and big bites, along with sharing boards and ice cream sundaes, the dishes offer a global pick and mix of contemporary bar food. BBQ chicken wings sit beside cheesy haggis nachos and German style spicy goulash soups. From spinach falafels to Aberdeen Angus beef via pulled Ayrshire pork, there are several variations on the burger.
The kitchen can rustle up a char grilled chicken Moroccan pitta bread or, closer to home, a salad made with Inverloch goat cheese. The ice cream sundaes can be stiffened with a selection of gin shots.
West end transport and attractions
