Mexican diner on Glasgow Southside
A fun, casual diner, Nachos serves great Mexican food in Glasgow’s Southside. Decked out with murals of Latin American life, this first floor restaurant is as popular with lively parties as it is with families and couples out for an evening meal. Made to order cocktails, the house margaritas and a range of Mexi-colas keep thirst at bay.
Great array of Mexican favourites
Hot wings, stuffed jalapenos and slow-cooked sticky pork ribs are among the starters available alongside classic nachos topped with cheese, salsa, jalapenos, guacamole and salsa.
From fajitas and enchiladas to burritos and quesadillas, the Mexican Kitchen section of the menu offers all of the familiar Mexican dishes. Diners can also choose how hot they want to go with their salsa and sauces. Regular, hot or extreme – the choice is yours.
A selection of alternative main courses steps off the most well beaten paths with dishes like the grilled chicken breast stuffed with prawns or the pabellon criollo – shredded beef in a pepper sauce with fresh garlic and chillies. Both the sirloin steaks and the burgers come rubbed with roasted Mexican spices.
Many diners like to try the Mexican bread and butter pudding for dessert or the churros – cinnamon-dusted doughnuts served with a hot fudge sauce.
