Corinthian Club Review

  • Rating Very disappointing (Rating 1.4/5)
Having eaten at the Corinthian before and enjoyed it I took my friend for dinner before a show. I booked a booth as they are nice and private. On arrival we were taken to our table which was not a booth and was told when I asked they didn't have one, I got the impression they had forgotten to reserve it. Our starter was quite nice but my duck salad main was very greasy and the pancakes were like cardboard. The service was slow we had to wait ages to order wine which came without a bucket. We had no cutlery or condiments and when I got my fork it was dirty as was our table. The couple next to us had to send their bill back twice as it was wrong. We waited ages for our bill and in the end got up to find someone to pay, the waiting around made us late. The bill was £65, I didn't leave a tip as I couldn't find any component of our dining experience worthy of it.
