Corinthian Club Review

  • Rating Food good service poor (Rating 2.2/5)
Food was good not great but the service was poor. No salt or pepper on the table we asked twice and still no response we also asked for sauce which didn't arrive. When the bill arrived I questioned it as I remembered the confirmation being £12 for two courses with a glass of wine. At this point I was unable to get phone confirmation to check. The women dealing with the bill checked our booking and stated that it was correct at £14.95 each, £6 more than expected I asked if she was sure and she advised that the bill was correct and was very dismissive. When I got outside with phone reception I checked it was £12 I left it on the screen and went back in for my £6 refund. I was told it was 5pm fault that I should not be allowed to book for 5 and get the £12 deal and that she would be contacting 5pm because she was sick of this hassle. She did refund my £6 but it took a lot of negotiation and about 45 mins of my time.
