Corinthian Club Review

  • Rating Fab lunch (Rating 4.4/5)
We visited the Corinthian on a Friday lunch time and it was very busy. We were shown to one of the alcoves and enjoyed our lunch in a secluded spot. The decor in this former bank has been beautifully restored which makes the Corinthian a stunning venue. Our guests were impressed as soon as they entered the restaurant. The 2 course lunch from the market menu offered a good choice with some excellent fish options including a crispy fish cake, mackerel pate and sea bass main. The staff made it easy for a coeliac guest offering alternatives, which was a definite plus. Our lunch was washed down with an easy drinking complimentary glass of wine. The food was good, the ambiance was welcoming, the service was just right and the 5pm deal was excellent value. All positives which resulted in a fab lunch. Definitely recommended for lunch in the Merchant City.
