  A great find! Refreshing menu and fantastic service

  Unusual menu - interesting options among the choices. Generous portions - so much so that my "doggy bag" provided me with dinner later that evening. The service was faultless - the waiter was very welcoming, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Value for money - can't imagine how a restaurant can provide this quantity and quality of food for such a reasonable price.

SET! Café Bar is a relaxed and contemporary space that serves up comfort classics complemented by a modern drinks list featuring a range of organic and biodynamic wines.

The ideal spot to relax with friends prior to a show or catch up with colleagues after work, it’s centrally located within the Tron Theatre in Glasgow’s Trongate.

From loaded fries with halloumi, smoked tofu, chicken katsu or vegan katsu to chorizo mac and cheese to your choice of bread with pizza topping (pepperontana would be our pick).

Make room for the churros with ice cream and salted caramel sauce.

Local attractions and Merchant City transport links

The nearest Subway station is St Enoch, while the transport hubs of Glasgow Central and Queen Street are a ten minute walk. There is restricted on-street parking and pay parking at nearby King Street. As well as Tron Theatre productions, SET! is handy for gigs at the Barrowland Ballroom or the Old Fruitmarket.
