Table of 4. Ordered meals and 45 minutes later the waitress appeared to inform us that the meals were ready but when she went to collect them the chef informed her that they didn't have any barbecue ribs left. She asked if I would like to see the menu and choose another dish? I ordered again and within 10 minutes she brought the 4 mains, 3 of which had clearly been left under the hot plate as the chips on one of the dishes was cold and the alternative meal that I had ordered was wrong. She apologised and was clearly mortified by the whole event and I assured her that this was not her fault. She was extremely apologetic and went out of her way to try and make things right. She spoke to the Manager and came back to inform me that they would take 20% off the bill and not charge for my dish. I asked to speak to the Manager in person as I didn't think she should deal with this continual string of poor service, communication and standard of food. This was a Restaurant Managers responsibility to speak to customers if their restaurant had failed so badly. The Manager never appeared and clearly avoided his responsibilities. Needless to say I will not be returning to this restaurant and would never recommend to anyone.
