Ingram Wynd Review

  • Rating Disappointing second visit (Rating 1.6/5)
When booking via 5pm and telephone I asked for a baby seat to be set up- when we arrived the baby seat wasn't ready. When the server brought the seat over we all had to move seats and it was a bit chaotic. We were then offered drinks. When the last of the party arrived they were not offered drinks for around 10 minutes. We then ordered food, the starters were fine, however the main meals were not so good. 3 of us ordered chicken and on 2 of the plates the mash potatoes were cold and 1 of the plates mash was freezing cold. The onion rings we ordered as a side were not delivered until we mentioned them and they were brought over once we fished out meal (on the house )but by then it was too late. The special roast beef wasn't that great either. The place wasn't really that busy and all the servers were polite, however, slow and not very attentive. The final bill was also incorrect. I was really disappointed as this was for a birthday and I was embarrassed after saying how good the place was.
