Ingram Wynd Review

  • Rating Good food (Rating 3.6/5)
The food was very good and at £10.95 for a 2 course meal, it was excellent value for money. We had a great time. The only negative thing about the experience was that we had a hungry 3 year old with us and we had ordered his food first and asked them specifically to bring it along with the starters and lo and behold the starters for the adults arrived but not my son's food. He sat there and kept asking us and the waiter "where is my food?". The waiter said it will be here soon and walked away. After 5 mins still no food and I called the waiter and asked whether my son's food will be long and the response I got was "I don't think so" and the waiter walked away. What I did expect was a "Let me check for you" or something along those lines but an I don't think so and not even walking towards the kitchen to find out or let them know to hurry up, just didn't cut it. It was another 10 mins before my son's food eventually arrived!!! So, not too happy with that experience but the food was fabulous. Word of advise, next time, order toddler's food even before being seated, if possible!!!
