We were there for an informal anniversary meal and chose this restaurant because of the interesting reviews and mention of good food. Both these were spot-on accurate!
The eating menu is quite small, and if you didn't like seafood it could possibly be a problem, but we really enjoyed the dishes we had. The service was excellent (from a Finnish waitress with a marked Glasgow accent!) and would have been a really superb evening but for one thing.
The background music was so loud that, combined with little in the way of echo-absorbing fabrics, it was sometimes difficult to hear my partner across the table. I know this is the modern way - but we won't go back despite everything else being really enjoyable, because it's so difficult to carry on a conversation.
What a shame.
