Committee Room Number 9 Review

  • Rating Could be better! (Rating 2.4/5)
Came for a pre show meal and we were placed at a table next to the door. I asked to be moved which was ok but I was still freezing my whole time in there, think maybe they need to turn off the air conditioning. To start with I had prawn cocktail which was lovely, really tasty and plenty of it. My mum had the haggis neeps and tatties and whilst she said it was good she also thought it wasn't very warm. For my main I chose the special which was beef lasange, I didn't like this at all, the little tomato sauce that was there was too rich and didn't work well as a lasange sauce and just wasn't a great meal. My mum had steak pie which arrived with burnt pastry but still ended up being cold. Dessert was chocolate fudge cake which was ok, my mum had ice cream.
