Cafe India Review

  • Rating Poor quality meal (Rating 1.4/5)
We arrived and were welcomed and seated perfectly nicely however once the food was supplied it was a different story. The pakora was quite edible but the main courses were very poor. We both ordered chicken tikka in a jalfrezi sauce but the chicken had been massively overcooked and it was as if it had been reheated. I brought this to the attention to our waiter who shrugged his shoulders and went away but his supervisor came along and I also told him how poor the chicken was but he still did nothing - I had had a poor experience a few years before in this restaurant and only tried it again because I was told it had changed hands and I won't be back - If you are heading here make sure you take along your good teeth!
