A rare weekend off with my partner prompted me to look for a food and drinks deal on 5 pm. Having been recommended by family we booked up and were not disappointed service food ambience price all great. Very busy staff but we were still well attended to if anything I would say the nature of the cocktails offered in deals give you more ice than alcohol and a taller serve would make things perfect but that’s probably down to profit margins, have already booked Edinburgh for this month for a family get together and looking forward to it.

    Bargain boozey brunch!

We went for the boozey brunch the Saturday before Christmas and the place was bouncing. That didn’t stop the servers from being friendly and attentive. We had Christmas crackers on the table which was a lovely touch. Some of our party were running late and they had no problem with that. Our meal was really tasty and our cocktails were amazing! Didn’t wait long for our food or drinks. Would recommend and will be back again!

Inside you will find a manga and graffiti-splashed interior, with big windows and stylish fixtures adding to the vibe. The kitchen team are passionate about conjuring up classic street food dishes from scratch using the finest produce, creating some culinary remixes in the process. Expect Asian flavour bombs washed down with imaginative cocktails, while local and international DJs play diverse beats in the background.

Tongue-tingling street food and tasty cocktails

Bar Soba has one of the most imaginative Asian fusion menus in Glasgow and serves small plates alongside dishes straight hot from the wok. With a menu stretching from Singapore to Seoul, you can enjoy a whistle-stop tour of Eastern delights. Small plates include salt & pepper squid, Korean popcorn chicken and the intriguing cheeseburger spring rolls. If you have room for dessert then the deep fried Japanese doughnut might just tickle your fancy.
