The Buttery Review

  • Rating Favourite place to eat in Glasgow (Rating 5.0/5)
Two fat Ladies at The Buttery never fails to impress and deliver. Took my son here yesterday for a late lunch. Started our visit off with the best margarita I have ever tasted. Mango, coconut and prawn cocktail offered a lovely, subtle twist on the classic dish and was very tasty. My sea bream was cooked to perfection, with plenty of seasonal veg to accompany the spring onion mash. For dessert, I opted for the cheese which was accompanied by plenty of grapes and oatcakes, as well as a tasty red onion marmalade. All in all: Wonderful food with excellent service in a very warm and cosy setting made a perfect birthday treat for my son. It goes without saying, we will definitely be back :)
