This was the first time I had visited Panevino in a while and I would thoroughly recommend it. The food was much better than when I had visited before - possibly because it has been taken over by new owners. We had bought the 5pm deal ie 2 courses and a glass of wine for £15 and we were allowed to pick off the a la carte menu - with a few exceptions.
For starters, three of us had the battered prawns which were delicious! My husband had the scallops which were also very tasty. For mains, my friend had the mussels and chips. He was suprised by the large portion and said they were very tasty. The rest of us had pasta dishes which we all enjoyed. All the food was well presented.
Would definitely go back
The seared scallop starter was excellent.
