I have been to this restaurant several times but I will have to reconsider whether I will go back again due to the poor service which spoiled the meal for me. We booked and I advised a table for 2 at 6pm and I was asked did I want a table for six. Eventually sorted out and then we were given the wrong menu, we had booked for the buffet and were given the a la carte menu. The girl who came over (Alphonse?) Looked at the menu and advised us that a starter was not included, I got annoyed at this and gave her my booking form, which I had already shown to the original member of staff. She took her time reading it and said she would bring the correct menu and we could have a starter. A very bad start and then she came back and asked if she could have my booking form back again to show other members of staff for training purposes. I said she could keep it if it was so important. Not an enjoyable experience.
