We were really looking forward to this as the menu looked promising. Unfortunately many of the staff obviously hadn’t received customer service training in simple tasks such as engaging with customers, delivering the correct dishes,presenting wine and replenishing cutlery. The fillet steak we ordered was poor quality and when we mentioned this there was no apology so we weren’t sure why we were asked about our enjoyment of the food in the first place. The rest of the food was good but what should have been the highlight of the meal was disappointing. Even with the 20% discount the steak wasn’t particularly good value for money. This could have been a much better experience with just a bit more attention to detail in service.
