About Bilson Eleven

Fine dining with a difference in Dennistoun

Bilson Eleven offers a unique restaurant experience in the East End of Glasgow. Diners can feast on seven-course menus in the setting of the drawing room of an original 19th century townhouse — one of the oldest houses in Dennistoun, in fact.

The graceful building has been lovingly restored by Chef Nick Rietz and his family with the history of the area and building in mind. The décor blends the old with the new and the menu has a similar approach, offering a modern take on classic flavours, techniques and Scottish ingredients. The result is fine dining with an intimate twist in an elegant heritage setting. The presence of a fireplace cosies things up nicely.

Seven-course Scottish tasting menus

Bilson Eleven specialises in serving up sumptuous seven-course tasting extravaganzas that showcase the best of Scotland’s natural larder. Dishes change with the seasons.
