About Roma Restaurant
As good as usual
The pre-theatre menu is extensive and the portions are generous. We particularly recommend the seafood spaghetti and the sea bass . The home--made cheesecake is also delicious.
The staff are friendly and attentive , but unobtrusive. Excellent value ..

Mediterranean fusion in Clydebank
Housed in a bright and modern room, Roma is on Sylvania Way South in Clydebank. With large windows, spacious booth seating and a pizza oven which can be viewed by guests, it is an inviting dining room with a bustling atmosphere. Mediterranean fusion dishes are served with a smile at lunch and dinner with the pre-theatre menu attracting earlier diners.
Italian classics with modern flourishes
Roma describes its dishes as Mediterranean fusion. There is certainly a strong Italian influence at the heart of most of the menus. Antipasto platters, mussels in white wine and calamari are prominent among the hot and cold starters. There are lots of pizza and pasta options including a section dedicated to chef’s specials like the tiger prawn linguine and the penne cacciatore or hunter’s chicken – chicken fillet cooked in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, fresh herbs, mushrooms and onion, all served with penne pasta in a rich tomato sauce.
From sea bass to tuna in a limoncello sauce, there is a good range of seafood dishes and meat enthusiasts have much to choose from. As well as chicken dishes, lamb shanks and lamb chops, there are several steak dishes.
