Rating Really disappointed (Rating 2.4/5)
I have been to Verona in the past and have always been happy with the service and food. Not this time. They only had 1 chef on which they didn't tell us til they gave us the bill. We asked twice about the delay in our food and were told it would be a few moments. I asked if they could check with the kitchen how long a few moments actually was, our server just said it was because they were busy. We were there for a business lunch which took nearly 2 hours. The steak was very well done rather than medium rare. Not acceptable.
