Urban Bar & Brasserie Review

  • Rating Urban Brasserie - great deal (Rating 4.4/5)
We had a nice welcome to Urban and were approached quickly for our drinks, and then food, orders and provided with jugs of water. We had the roasted vegetables soup (served with two chunks of crusty bread per serving) and liver parfait to start. The soup was tasty and warming. The liver parfait was very tasty, as were the oatcakes accompanying it. We then had the chicken dish, served in a creamy mushroom sauce with mashed potatoes. Again, the food was very tasty and filling- a great choice. The menu was quite varied. There were tempting desserts on the menu but we declined and opted for coffees, served attractively with loads of tablet to try- and we did! Delicious. I would definitely recommend Urban and hope to go back soon.
