Two Fat Ladies - City Centre Review

  • Rating Have been before to Two Fat Ladies and had thoroughly enjoyed the lunch then and was very reassured this time it wasn't even better. It was lovely to have the glasses of Prosecco as well included in the deal. Made it just that ltlle but more special. (Rating 4.6/5)
Loved that the ambiance on a very cold wintery day was warm, chatty and cosy. Welcomed in and really liked the menu. We both like fish - one of the reasons for choosing Two Fat Ladies.we have been before and enjoyed it then too. Reassured that the recent review in the Herald has ensured that the starters and desserts were freshly made and delicious, Cullin Skink, sticky Toffee and Passionfruit Cheesescake all VG. My salmon slightly over cooked but sauce and accompanying veg all delicious. Daughter's chicken lovely as was the sauce but Haggis a bit lost in the walnut crumb. All in all a very enjoyable lunch and we will definitely be back. Thank you
