The kitchen at Juniper combines modern cooking techniques with seasonal Scottish produce. The restaurant’s famous Cullen Skink is available year-round but may be feature next to flavours from further afield, such as dukkha crusted goats cheese or roasted cauliflower with zhoug. The Juniper aims to use as much local sustainable produce as possible and the menu changes regularly showcasing the versatility of the restaurant’s chef.
The Juniper Scottish Gin Bar is at Cranachan in Princes Square, located in the centre of one of Glasgow’s main shopping areas, Buchanan Street. Glasgow Central and Queen Street railway stations are a five minute walk. The nearest Subway stations are Buchanan Street and St Enoch. There are pay car parks at Mitchell, Oswald and Jamaica Street.
