My pal & I didn't have much time for our dinner date, so he had just a main course - Green Curry. He has eaten many green curries in Thailand & loved this one. I wanted to try a couple of dishes in the limited time we had, so opted for a starter & a salad. So glad I did - the Kha-nom Beung Yuan was a delight - a light omelette filled with baby shrimp, bean curd, fragrant coconut flakes & served with a zingy, wee pickled vegetable dip. The salad was the Yum Mama (great name)- popular with Thai teenagers, apparently, & this old gal loved it too - a generous plate of noodles, with prawns, minced chicken, mint leaves & a dressing that packed a punch. Really excellent food. Delightful service. Modern, clean lines decor. Looking forward to working my way through the rest of the menu.
