Roma - City Centre Glasgow Review

  • Rating Service was terrible (Rating 2.2/5)
The food was good but service was awful. On arrival we were seated close to the door. After waiting over 20 minutes for someone to come over, we had to place our drink order and food order at the same time. We waited a further 10/15 minutes for the wine to arrive. I also told our waitress that I was cold and felt a draft. She replied it was probably just from the door. No apology was made or offered to move table or switch the radiator behind me on. We waited so long to have our plates cleared, once our main was cleared, no dessert menu or more drinks was offered. It was near impossible to get anyone's attention to get more drinks or the bill at the end of the meal. The service was terrible and we won't be back for that reason.
