Roma - City Centre Glasgow Review

  • Rating Terrible service (Rating 2.6/5)
I waited 25 minutes for my first drink to arrive and almost an hour for my second. The waitress was obviously having a bad day as she seemed very cross with our group because we had booked the pre-theatre deal and questioned us as though we were lying to her. She had a terrible manner and we were almost afraid to ask for anything. When we asked if they could cut our pizza's or get us a pizza cutter the staff were again annoyed by this and brought us each a steak knife to cut our own pizza. The quality of the food was OK but the meal was ruined by the waitress's attitude. Our friend was home from Australia after a long time away and this was a welcome home dinner. Also by the time the £75 bill arrived (for 3 £11.95 specials and 6 drinks) we couldn't be bothered questioning it with an already annoyed waitress.
