Had a nice meal last night, my only complaint about the food is that our fillet steaks were served on plates that had not been warmed, meaning the food got cold quite quickly.
I was however getting rather quite annoyed at the amount of times the staff asked me what "Voucher" I booked with. I was repeatedly asked this 6-7 times (just so they got our bill right) and the bill then came and was wrong! It was sorted out but to be interrupted several times during our meal to be asked what deal we booked was really getting rather annoying.
The staff should be made aware of all methods of bookings being taken by their own restaurant, it appeared that not one person knew they had any connection with 5pm!
