Went on a tuesday night early, so was quiet, but could imagine would be a nice atmosphere at busy times. Don't sit near the door, it can be quite cold.
The service was acceptable - we were not ignored in any way, but the staff weren't very enthusiastic.
Our first course arrived promptly, and was very tasty (caesar salad and tempura veggies). Our mains arrives soon after (steak and onion sandwiches) - which was also enjoyable. The desserts let it down slightly. I asked for warm caramel shortcake with cream, and it arrived cold. It had obviously been heated and left to sit, as we had to wait a while for our desserts. My friend had the cheesecake, which she said was lovely, but overpowered by lots of thick cream.
However, on the whole I would say we had a very enjoyable experience, and would consider returning :)
