    Pizza Punks - yum!

We arrived early but they were extremely welcoming and got us a table for 6 with no fuss. Cocktails were fabulous and masses of choice of pizza toppings to suit all tastes! We had an absolute feast! Very cheery and helpful service! Will definitely go back again!

    Birthday treat!

Late booking at a place I hadn't heard of before usually makes me fear what I'm going to get, but I needn't have worried! Pizza punks was empty at 12:15pm on a Thursday lunchtime service so that meant the waitress had plenty of time to tell us how to 'Punk up our Pizza'. Lots of choices for toppings, unlimited number of combinations to choose. The decision was a difficult one to decide but I knew that mine wouldn't have banana on! The decor is funky and the servers were not in your face but appeared when needed. A tasty treat made to your specific request within 10 minutes. Definitely recommend this one to other 5pm-ers.

Artisan, wood-fired pizza in Glasgow city centre

With its exposed brick, neon signs and metal work, Pizza Punks looks as edgy and urban as the name suggests. While the decor is all about the rebel yell at this St Vincent Street venue, the welcome is warm, informal and attentive. Creative cocktails, craft beers, wine and frizzante on tap, milkshakes and a wide variety of soft drinks mean that customers will never go thirsty.

Build your own artisan pizza

Punk was all about doing it yourself. Pizza Punks is similar in that it encourages customers to design their own pizza before it is cooked in the monster wood-fired oven. Diners can punk up their sourdough base with unlimited artisan toppings – all for one price – or choose from a list of combinations such as chipotle and chocolate pulled pork, jalapeños and roast corn salsa. From the Ayrshire bacon and nduja to the fior di latte and scarmoza cheeses, the toppings are excellent quality. Table snacks such as candied bacon; excellent cheese and charcuterie boards; salads, a sweet pizza and a huge range of ice cream complete the Pizza Punks offer.

City centre attractions and transport

Pizza Punks is on St Vincent Street in Glasgow city centre. There is limited on-street parking and several pay car parks nearby, for example on Mitchell Street. The transport hubs of Central and Queen Street train stations are a five minute walk. Nearby attractions include Cineworld, Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and The Pavilion Theatre.
