Rating Customer service needs to improve (Rating 2.8/5)
We arrived at the restaurant on time, got a cursory nod of acknowledgment and were shown to a table that wasn't set or properly clean. The bar area was covered with glasses so we assumed it had been a busy day. We asked if we could order drinks while we looked at the menu, we were met with a shrug and if you like, we couldn't understand the negative attitude. We asked for a glass of wine and a jug of iced water. The water was a drop in a small glass with no ice, by this point we felt quite embarrassed and a bit confused. The food was nice, hot and served on time. So it wasn't all bad, but I can't stress enough how disappointed I was with the service. We have eaten here before with no issues. I'm not sure why, but I felt we had actually upset someone and we were an inconvenience. We won't go back.
