From the moment we arrived on our first visit to this restaurant we were made feel very welcome and were shown to our table in the conservatory area. Even thoughts the weather outdoors was drizzly and dark, the service was warm and cheerful. From an extensive choice I had the pate, hubby had the Bruschetta. Both were delicious. I opted for the parmigiano which was very tasty but seemed sparse on the aubergine. Hubby has a rare sirloin with pepper sauce which almost had him licking the plate clean. The very attentive waiting staff gave us a 10 minute break before we tackled our desserts of tiramisu, cheesecake for me. Again hubby almost licked the plate his tiramisu was so tasty. I had some difficulty getting to the base of my cheesecake as it was served in a glass but with a little effort I thoroughly enjoyed it. We were well fed and attended to and have had both agreed that it will not be our last visit!
