After reading good reviews I was looking forward to a nice meal and night out but how wrong I was. Booked a table for a party of six at 7pm on a Friday night, seats can only be described as children's high chairs, extremely uncomfortable even for the skinniest person asked to be moved but was told no even though our reserved table was not ours as had another name on it.
Waited on drinks for 20 minutes and order to be taken, only after repeating ourselves 5 times over the very loud music, starters came, one was wrong so had to be gave back and wait on the correct one. While waiting on mains we then had about 8-10 people stand at our table while we were waiting on our food to come, we asked nicely if they could move and that we had reserved the table for food, only to be met with rude answers, this granted was not the staffs fault, place was heaving with people with nowhere to sit or stand.
Eventually mains came at 8.10 pm, three of the mains were wrong. All 3 pasta dishes came without the chicken that was ordered with it, I complained to the waitress who brought the manager out. Her excuse was the waitress probably had a hard time hearing us when she took the order so we suggested maybe lowering the music until food has stopped being served. She also offered a free drink to the 3 who's mains were wrong not the other 3 or the one who's starter was wrong and then eventually agreed to 50% reduction on bill, quite frankly it should have been a 100% reduction but even that was wrong when it came. I don't know if we came on a very bad night or it was extra busy with it being January pay date but after this experience I would never go back nor would any of the other 5 people I was with!!!
