We went here for the first time for a family meal. After a delay and a mix up with the drinks order we were seated and ordered our food, then we asked the waitress what drink we could have. We were told it was either white or red wine. As there were 2 males in our company we asked if they could have beer, to be told no. We asked for rosé wine to again be told no. We all got our food which wasn't great. It was a bit cold and the chicken burger was very plain. Afterwards we ordered cocktails etc. We decided to leave as the service was very slow all night and staff not very attentive. We asked for the bill, which when it came wasn't very clear. It had been charged up as if not a deal and the glasses of wine had been charged to the bill. We queried the bill to be told this was the way they had to put it through the till. We asked for the Manager who to be fair was very pleasant not like the rest of the staff, she couldn't do enough for us and went away to adjust the bill. As a gesture of good will she gave us a discount, she also gave us a card to encourage us back to get another discount. To be honest I would think twice about returning.
