Sorry, Noodle doesn't currently have online booking on 5pm :(
As the name indicates, Noodle is a Chinese restaurant on Bath Street which specialises in hand-pulled noodles. A speciality of Lanzho, a city in Northwest China, they are known as Lan zhou la mian or ‘beef hand-pulled noodle’. The noodles are cooked fresh for each order and guests can watch the chefs demonstrating their noodle wrangling skills.
A wide variety of noodle-based dishes are at the heart of Noodle’s menu. Popular choices include the sliced beef in broth and the chicken with preserved Chinese radish. As well as broth noodle dishes, there are fried noodle dishes such as the beef, chicken and seafood fried noodles. Lighter options include spiced chicken drumsticks and eggs marinated in Chinese spices.
Among the selection of chef’s recommendations are the roasted lamb ribs with Chinese spices and the roasted shin of beef. More exotic options include the shredded beef tripe with chilli sauce; the black mushroom with vinegar and the cucumber mixed with jellyfish. All the meat at Noodle is 100% halal.
Noodle is on Bath Street in Glasgow city centre. There is restricted on-street parking and pay parking at Q-Park. Queen Street and Central train stations are a ten minute walk. Nearby attractions include Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, the Theatre Royal and the shops of Sauchiehall and Buchanan Street.
