We arrived for booking at 4pm and promptly shown to our table. The restaurant was very quiet but despite this, it took over an hour for our food to arrive. During this time, we also had to go looking for staff to ask for drinks. At no point did anyone come to apologise for the delay.
Despite the awful service they had the cheek to apply a service charge to our bill! Won’t be back & wouldn't recommend.
