Great service & value for money

Service was great & there was a good choice on the menu. Prices very reasonable for the city & 20% 5pm discount helped too. We opted to order a few small plates for the table to share as starters and the arancini in particular was very tasty. We each ordered a main course except one of my fussy daughters who only ordered fries. I was surprised and pleased to see that my daughter was given a very generous portion of fries and not simply a very small side order as with most restaurants I’ve been to. The only criticism I have about the main courses was that both mine and my other daughters chicken breast was a bit tough as it was overcooked and my daughter ordered the smothered chicken without cheese which came with the tiniest drizzle of bbq sauce making it quite dry, usually this dish has a generous helping of bbq sauce. We opted to order 6 desserts for the table to share & were not disappointed, they were very tasty & great value for money. Would definitely go back & I would absolutely recommend Missoula to anyone else.

City centre bar diner

‘Music, food, cocktails’ is the motto at Missoula and they provide all three with a smile. Note that while the bar’s address is West George Street, the main entrance is on Renfield Street, just around the corner. A lively city centre spot, Missoula offers everything from a quick lunchtime pizza to late night cocktails and dancing. As well as a weekly pub quiz, there are DJs playing chart and house hits on Friday and Saturday nights. Cocktail master classes are also available.

Wide ranging menu of modern bar classics

From a simple bacon cheese burger or pepperoni pizza to steak and chips, Missoula has numerous options for every appetite. There are assorted sharing boards and variations of nachos for guests who want to share. The small plates section of the extensive menu is always popular. Featuring dishes such as pulled pork lotus buns, crispy calamari and beer veg tempura, it reads like a bar food greatest hits.
