La Vita George Square is nicely laid out on 2 levels. The starters were excellent. I opted for Funghi Fritti (mushroom in breadcrumbs and garlic sauce) which was lovely and freshly cooked with a nice salad garnish. However, I was disappointed with my main which was Penne Polpette (meatballs). They were rather spicy and hard in texture with little sauce. My dessert was apple crumble and custard and my hubby especially enjoyed the Gelato Caramello. We also enjoyed a complimentary glass of prosecco, however my hubby was a tad annoyed at being charged 95p for a dash of blackcurrant in his. The nice waiter even ran outside to give me my umbrella which I had left behind. I would definitely return as it's great value for money.
