This is one of those restaurants I have (perhaps unfairly) walked past many times without giving it a second thought. Our experience here the other evening has done plenty to make me consider visiting it again in future.
The staff were very helpful and attentive, without being pushy and we were seated by the window which was perfect for watching the world go by as we ate.
The food was served promptly and involved one of the nicest examples of mushroom poori that I've tried in Glasgow. My partner's chicken pakora also seemed to go down very well. Likewise our mains were delicious and perfectly portioned.
The only problem is how empty the place was. Food, staff and setting are lovely but the atmosphere was lacking something. Perhaps it's best to stick to visiting on busier Friday and Saturday nights.
