I had an excellent dinner at Il Pavone. Although there was an incident with my 2 year child who fell, which was due to food on the floor. When the staff were alerted they didn't seem to be in a hurry to clear the food to prevent other accidents. A cold compress was given to us, but on request from ourselves. The food was eventually cleared up. We then had our meal which was lovely, but no-one seemed to show any concern towards my daughter. They were very hospitable when bringing out my husband's birthday cake, and gave us free coffees. Although this was kind of them, i would have appreciated concern when incident happened. I should not have had to ask for a cold compress. I am disappointed as I have always had a good experience when visiting this restaurant.
