    My favourite place

The staff are so friendly, nothing is too much bother for them, and the food is excellent.

    Excellent afternoon

We had a fantastic Saturday afternoon. We were very well looked at after by Zoe. A party of 6 became 10 and it was no problem. The 5pm cocktails and bucket of beer deals were superb value.

Casual city centre bar and kitchen

Right in the heart of the city, Hampton By Hilton Glasgow Central offers a convenient and relaxed restaurant and bar. The hotel’s bar and dining areas are contemporary in style and filled with light from the floor to ceiling windows. Several screens mean that visitors can catch all the sporting action in the well stocked bar. The friendliness and warm welcome offered by the staff is a recurring theme in customer reviews.

Classic bar menu choices

From snacks and nibbles to accompany after work drinks, via quick lunches, to leisurely evening meals, Hampton By Hilton Glasgow Central has it covered. Typical main courses on the menus include a selection of 12” pizza, bangers and mash plus pasta options such as penne carbonara or lasagne – choose between beef or spinach and mascarpone. The kitchen also serves a range of curries. Take your pick from Thai veg, chicken tikka, beef madras or lamb rogan josh.
As well as classic cocktails, there is a good wine list; a decent selection of draught beers and a range of bottled beers which includes Bitter and Twisted and Schiehallion from the marvellous Harviestoun Brewery.
