Gusto Glasgow Review

  • Rating Nice place, good food, and excellent service and wine (Rating 4.4/5)
Had a pleasant evening at with friends visiting from Madrid. We share a couple of starters before moving onto the mains. The two ladies ordered pizza while the gents ordered tagliatelle with king prawns and risotto Milanese all of which were delicious. However both gents were relieved that the ladies shared some of their pizza, with the portion size of both dishes being modest, esp. the risotto (I say that despite not being a big eater). Desserts were also enjoyed, including the sticky toffee pudding and the nutella and marscapone calzone. This was all washed down with a couple of bottles of a very nice Montepulciano D'abruzzo. Staff were very pleasant and attentive and I would like to go back but might opt for a more filling main next time.
