Rating Bad customer service (Rating 2.6/5)
Arrived for meal manager not happy as we had a buggy was told there was not much room at our table but there was plenty then we said he is sleeping so don't want to wake him. Could not fault the meal it was very tasty and good value. But after our meal I felt as if the manager kept looking at our table every 5min. We had only been at the table for 1 hour but felt as if he wanted us to leave. We asked for the bill when my mum was paying, he asked about tip, my mum said we will leave on the table when we leave and the manager said don't bother. Which I found to be very rude then 3 of them came at once took the bill and clear the table while we where getting our jackets on. I just felt as if you have to eat then leave. Also can I say it was not busy that they did not have any tables. Would not go back to West Nile at restaurant again would use my be one of the other ones in town.
