    I would have given 5 points for service had the waitress offered to take our coats. Had to bundle up our coats on the seat as a result I dropped my knife onto my coat, marking the sleeve. Filled in the feed back card on the table and handed it to what seemed like the Manager at the desk, he did discuss it with me but didn't seem that concerned.
