I had booked a table for 15.15pm, we got seated at 15.50, that's a total of 35 minutes waiting for our table. People were walking in off the street without having booked a table and being seated 5-10 minutes later. Not once did someone come over to us and apologise for having us standing around for 35 minutes.
Once we were seated we requested to speak to a manager, the manager apologised which was fine. However during the meal service all main meals were delivered except one. We asked the waiter at the time who was serving us Parmesan and black pepper if he knew where the meal was and how long it would take, his response "I'm busy just now doing the Parmesan and black pepper". Working in a restaurant is a customer service industry and there are ways in which to speak to the public, that certainly isn't one of them. We spoke with a different manager when the bill came and expressed our concerns, the manager apologised and gave us money off our bill. We were out for a family Christmas meal and the whole atmosphere spoiled it.
