Was on 5pm offer but decided to opt for A la Carte, asked the server whether is there a supplement to pay if we ordered a starter from the 5pm menu and main off ALC, server very rudely says 'how am I suppose to charge this huh?' This server clearly needs some customer service training, how to speak to customers. Secondly, our main course arrives. The waiting staff spills the sauce on my partners phone, no apology until I pointed it out but his apology wasn't sincere so why bother.
I work in the hospitality industry and this attitude from a well known restaurant in Glasgow is ridiculous.
