Two friends and I visited on a Wednesday night, a very wet Wednesday night. We were seated in a spacious booth and offered menus and drinks by a friendly enough waiter. Unfortunately, the service took a serious dive at this point. We were left for ages before the drinks came, between courses, and only when, after waiting 30min, we put our coats on, did then finally bring the bill.
We ate on the dinearound menu, which is good value if you like Glenfiddich or are with someone who'll buy you a cocktail in exchange for yours! The food was very good, much better than I've come to expect from this chain but he service really did impact upon our enjoyment of the meal.
