The booking process was quick, easy and the restaurant contacted us to confirm! When we arrived at Darcy's we were seated but never asked for a drinks order, this took over 20mins. When the drinks arrived the lager was flat and the wrong type of wine was brought to us. When the food order eventually arrived the steak I ordered was undercooked. We have visited on a lunch time and been impressed, however it was far too busy and not enough staff were looking after customers. Therefore mistakes were made. We won't be back I am afraid.
