Cranachan Review

  • Rating Great Service and Gorgeous Afternoon Tea (Rating 5/5)
As a group of friends we had afternoon tea in December. From the initial greeting to table service, we were impressed. We turned up an hour early and the staff were very accommodating, allowing us to have our afternoon tea earlier. The service was first class and the afternoon tea was extremely tasty. A great choice of sandwiches on their standard tea however you had the opportunity to swap sandwiches for other types if you wanted to. plenty of sponge, rocky road, ginger cake and scones as well as a tasty mini cranachan which was gorgeous. We upgraded to have the prosecco which was presented in classy glasses adorned with a raspberry. A great afternoon tea, great service and nice ambience - a buzz without too much noise. I would highly recommend it.
