We'd booked in for the 5pm £22 each for two course meal and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We arrived at 6pm and were settled and served our first course by 6:20! Hubby had oysters followed by the filet steak whilst I favoured the French onion soup and beef bourguignon and I can honestly say that neither of us was disappointed. It was the tastiest bowl of onion soup I have ever had and my husband wished he had got 6 instead of the 3 oysters supplied in the deal. Paying extra for his steak, he would have preferred it with saute potatoes rather than frites but didn't ask. My creamy mash and melt in the mouth beef were one of the best meals I've had in Glasgow using 5pm. The drinks were expensive even for Glasgow but overall, we will definitely be back - especially when my husband eyed the mussels delivered to a neighbouring diner! A venue I would be happy to recommend.
