My partner and my two children had a pre-theatre meal on Saturday 17th March. Having teenage children, I was unsure how they would manage without pizza or burger and chips on the menu! I was keen to introduce them to something more wholesome and sophisticated but not too pretentious. Ardnamurchan was the perfect choice. I had a goats cheese starter which was fresh and full of flavour while the girls opted for the main and pudding. Three of the four mains were steak. which, as is too often the case, comes with a £4 supplement. I plumped for the chicken and haggis dish. The steaks were perfectly cooked and my chicken dish was moist and plentiful. The girls opted for the sticky toffee pudding and ice cream which was a resounding success. I love this restaurant. This was my third visit and on each occasion the quality of the food, service and value for money has been outstanding. Definitely one of Glasgow's treasures!
